The Radiant Key officially launched on July 1, 2025, and we are celebrating the one year mark! While my certifications and experience were shaped over three decades of leadership and energy work, this first year of The Radiant Key has been a powerful new beginning.
As I reflect on these twelve months, I keep returning to one word: gratitude. I am deeply grateful to every leadership client who trusted me with their growth, to the companies and organizations that invested in their executive and leadership teams, to each energy healing client who shared their vulnerability, and to the friends, mentors, and my partner who encouraged me forward.
I have also been transformed. The strength, determination, and self-belief required to launch (and keep going) have built a new level of resolve and confidence I didn’t know I had—or needed.
The Radiant Key exists to help leaders, teams, and organizations unlock their highest potential by offering conscious leadership coaching and intuitive energy work. In this anniversary edition, I’m sharing highlights from our leadership work including:

The Leadership-Energy Connection
Connecting leadership coaching with energy work may seem novel, unique—maybe even a little “woo-woo.” Yet more and more leadership thinkers are calling for grounded, embodied ways of leading as the old “tough it out” mentality collapses under the weight of burnout, or the realization that the old ways of coping aren't working anymore.
In their book Leading in Chaos, Nicholas Janni and Amy Fox describe how many leaders are operating from wounded, disconnected states and argue that today’s polycrisis demands a different kind of awakening.
While the two sides of my work are often distinct, many leadership clients consider deeper questions about the roots of their insecurity, overthinking, rumination, or negativity.
