Since my official launch of The Radiant Key, LLC on July 1, 2025, the journey has been deeply inspiring. The feedback I've received, such as that from my Coachee, Sam, "I can confidently say Tobi can elevate the leadership potential of anyone she works with," has been affirming.

The name, The Radiant Key, was inspired by my initials but also reflects my core belief: each of us holds keys to authentic connection, with ourselves and with others. My passion is guiding and empowering individuals, leaders, and organizations to unlock deeper clarity, alignment, and growth. I currently do this through work with corporate and non-profit leaders, coaching individuals, training teams, and energy activation.

Monthly Insight: Flow

At the beginning of this year, I did not feel that my work was "in flow." Read my recent LinkedIn Article about how I pivoted to get back in flow. Here are a few of the highlights:

If you are feeling out of flow, here are a few key steps you can take to get back in flow:
​

1. Explore and Align Values
   • Which aspects of your life feel most aligned with your values and meaning? Where are you misaligned?
2. Sunday Scaries Reflection
   • What people, meetings, or situations bring anxiety or dread? Identify patterns or triggers.
3. Embrace Pivots or Change
   • Choose an area where you feel “stuck,” and write down two alternative actions or paths you could take or try.
4. Revitalizing Rituals
   • When do you need to recharge, and how will you? Make it part of your routine.
