Dear Reader,
The celebrations of Easter and Passover offer us a meaningful opportunity to pause and return to what is most sacred within and between us. For leaders, these seasons can be powerful invitations to notice what is rising within us, and what needs to be released to create greater liberation.
In a leadership context, that might mean relaxing our grip on old narratives, outdated strategies, or ways of working that no longer serve our people or our purpose.
May this holiday and new season offer opportunities to rise and liberate, and to lead from a place that creates more safety, clarity, and possibility for yourself and others.

Monthly Insight: The Grace to Rise
I see a trend with the people I coach: they have all been through some things and, in one form or another, those difficult life experiences have impacted how they lead, show up, or interpret work interactions. In my recent Substack article, I reflect on "grace" and how it offers the time needed to rise in our confidence, our self‑talk, our self‑awareness, and our emotional intelligence.
“I’ve had breakthroughs around things I didn’t even realize I needed to let go of—old narratives, subtle insecurities, habits of conforming to rooms instead of standing fully in who I am. There is no amount of conforming to a room that can hide cracks in confidence.” - TRK Coachee

The Radiant Key Offers Strategic Thought Partnership
Leadership doesn’t have to feel lonely. The stakes are too high to think alone. Thinking in isolation has a high cost: slower decisions, reactive leadership, personal burnout, failed partnerships, lost revenue, and missed opportunities.
Today’s CEOs face unprecedented complexity: competing demands, decision fatigue, people challenges, and constant change. It can feel lonely at the top. You carry the pressure of every decision, everyone’s expectations, and the constant demand to be the steady one. Most days, it feels like there’s no safe place to set down the armor and think out loud. It can be easier.
